Investigation finally turned up \u201cstunning\u201d results as of today. Apparently the people controlling the trains were texting. It took about 6 months of investigation to figure it out and confirm it apparently. The crash was in September 2008 \u2013 it\u2019s March 2009 now. It took them 6 months to figure it out folks. That\u2019s what I call efficiency. Call me simple minded if you will but it shouldn\u2019t take more than half an hour: find out what the guy\u2019s phone number is, get a subpoena for the phone records, using said subpoena check if there were text messages going in or going out at around the time of the crash. It\u2019s not that difficult to figure it out.
